Wagner, McLaughlin & Whittemore’s newest member is Donald Greiwe, who joined the firm in August 2024, after years of practice at a prominent Tampa civil litigation firm where he represented plaintiffs injured by the negligence or wrongful conduct of others. Don was recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine from 2019 through 2023, a distinction bestowed on fewer than three percent of attorneys in Florida. He was also designated by Best Lawyers as a “One to Watch” from 2021 through 2023.

Before practicing law, Don worked in tax preparation in both Chicago and Tampa, and earned his CPA during that time. Don earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin Colege of Law, where he graduated cum laude. While in law school, he served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Susan C. Bucklew, Senior United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Middle District of
Florida.

Born and raised in Tampa, Don and his wife, Jessica, have three young children who keep them busy!
