Kevin McLaughlin

In any competitive arena, especially the practice of personal injury and wrongful death law, it helps to know how the opposition thinks. That is one advantage Kevin McLaughlin enjoys over many other plaintiffs' attorneys; he has represented insurance companies and their insureds.

A resident of Tampa since early childhood, Kevin is an honor graduate of Wake Forest University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in history in 1993. Three years later, he received his Juris Doctorate from the Stetson University College of Law.

Kevin has worked in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Staff Attorney's office, a position that entailed working closely with Civil Court judges. He practiced law with a Tampa insurance defense firm until the fall of 1997, when he joined Wagner, Vaughan & McLaughlin to represent plaintiffs' rights in person injury and wongful death claims.

Kevin's practice encompasses a broad range of personal injury claims, including admiralty and maritime claims, automotive, premises liability and products liability actions. He is active in the Hillsborough County Bar Association as well as the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

Kevin McLaughlin, Wagner Vaughan and McLaughlin is a Tampa Florida law firm specializing in personal injury, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and wrongful death cases.
